We’re property people, and we use our business, property acumen, and advocacy skills to help organisations like yours that do good work. KIC empowers you to realise your potential – showing you exactly what you can do for your organisation. Then, we connect you with property partners to help you make the most of your assets.

KIC Advice is your property partner and your advocate

We’ll advocate for you along the way – making sure you understand what’s being done and still retain control over your property. By getting to know your organisation well, we act as your partner, ensuring any connection we put forward aligns with your values.

Property partner - Kic Advice

By getting to know your organisation well, we act as your partner, ensuring any connection we put forward aligns with your values.

How does it work?

You probably already have property making up part of your organisation’s portfolio. But a lot of organisations aren’t using their property to their full advantage. We develop a strategy, align your organisation with a property partner, and establish a plan to offer your organisation a self-sustaining financial future.

A strong background in driving revenue through property

KIC Advice was created off the back of the realisation that organisations needed support to drive revenue and that we were excellent at achieving that through property.

It’s our strong understanding of property and our commitment to supporting your cause that has seen KIC Advice support the NFP sector and a variety of other organisations here in Australia achieve positive fiscal outcomes.

Why organisations do more good with KIC Advice

We innovate

Organisations can quickly become stagnant, playing it safe and doing things as they’ve always been done. KIC brings an innovative edge to your organisation and generates cash flow for the betterment of your cause.

We bring perspective

We’re the fresh perspective your organisation needs to find those opportunities and hidden gems. You can become too close to your organisation and too involved. So we come in to see what you can’t.

We connect

If there’s a connection we have that will benefit you, we’ll put it forward. We’re always on the lookout for lucrative opportunities that will benefit our partners.

We advocate

You need a partner you can rely on to be your advocate. KIC empowers and advocates for organisations like yours to take your cause further.

We strategise

We’ve spent decades creating strategies that move organisations forward. KIC is your partner in strategic property innovation.

We’re morally-aligned

Morals and ethics matter in every organisation. But we know they matter even more in the NFP world. No matter the sector, we align our team with yours to ensure the best outcomes.
